For the price? VERY nice place. After having one Daughter who was moving up here found the Extended Stay was a NO WAY, I put here up for a week. Nice room for the price. Area seems fine. She had no problems with others living there. Staff at the desk were always professional. Went so well, I paid for another week at the place. For a low-cost place to stay that is clean and safe? This place I would gladly stay at and recommend.

I booked a short stay at Western Inn for a quick nap after an exhausting day of sightseeing around the Lakewood/Tacoma area. For the price, it’s a decent option. It was a bit noisy in the afternoon, but I was still able to rest without major interruptions. The place has an older feel, though not terribly so. However, the bed in my room was a bit worn down, and the headboard fell at one point—but the staff promptly fixed it. On the bright side, the room was clean, spacious and cool. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot for a quick stay, this place could work well for you.

Amazing place as far as they don't try to micro manage your life. I can't stand nosey in your face management at motels. This is located centrally and easily accessible to bus lines. Would stay here again. (Okay for long term too!)

I had made a mistake in my booking, and the staff went above and beyond helping me figure out my booking with the site I booked at. One of the cheaper options in the area, with okay rooms and great service

The staff was really nice and friendly, rooms were very nice! Everything was so clean and cozy. The couch turns into a bed so the room has more space when your not sleeping. And the free breakfast was very good! All in all, one of the nicest hotels I've been in this past month

This place was nice and clean. It was quiet in the evening right off the freeway. It was pretty pleasant and decent pricing. I recommend this place if you’re coming through the area and polite people I really liked it a lot. It went long way with me being polite, being polite means so much to me with people anymore because people that work with people don’t know how to be polite and it’s really disappointing. What is our country become or what is people become? They don’t know how to know the customers always right they need to bring that back. Customer is always right right people, enjoy my reviews!!!!

We liked our stay, except for the rude contractor's that would park in the handicap parking spots, play loud music in the parking lot, then leave their beer cans on our car. They would also try and look in our window when we open the blinds. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean. And breakfast was great

The receptionist was friendly and forthwith of information to the surrounding area and helpful with the Western Inn neighborhood. Overall, we got rest and relaxation without being disturbed. And even the maid was helpful with my request for towels. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

I can only speak of the service, I was actually paying for a room to let my mother crash in for a couple nights. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and made sure I understood and agreed to everything including the non refundable pet fee before continuing with the transaction. The lobby was welcoming and clean and took no longer than 5 minutes in and out.
